Thanks to two large windows, the living room opens directly onto the terrace and the garden: A first 40 m² terrace fully furnished with cozy garden furniture and a large table, ideal for your outdoor dining and leisure time. A private garden of about 150 m² (accessible via 3 small steps from the terrace). A solarium area: A second intimate terrace nestled in the garden, equipped with 3 deck chairs to enjoy the sun in complete tranquility. 🍳 Living Area & Modern Kitchen A living room bathed in natural light with breathtaking views of the garden. Modern, fully equipped kitchen (with plenty of storage) accessible directly from the living room. 🍽️ For your children: Suitable and safe plastic dishes are available in the cupboards. 🛏️ Bedroom area: Privacy preserved (Each bedroom has its own bathroom!) A central hallway serves the sleeping area, ideal for everyone's comfort: Bedroom 1: A comfortable double bed with its private shower room.
