Welcome to our quiet, cosy period property close to the heart of York. Perfect for up to 2 couples/4 people. Situated within a 20 minute walk of York railway station,or a 25 minute walk by the beautiful river Ouse into York centre. The property benefits from free on-street parking. In addition, a bus stop at the end of the street gives access to the city & beyond. We have recently completed a full renovation, featuring a new, fully equipped kitchen, a stylish modern bathroom & fresh interiors. The space Our house offers a home away from home and is newly decorated to a high standard with all new fittings, furniture and beds. The house opens into the living room with seating for 4 people (sofa and two chairs) We have a new 32" Smart TV and two Bluetooth speakers for your use. From the lounge enter the refurbished kitchen dining space that can seat 4 people. Within this space we have provided you with a washing machine, a dishwasher and fridge with ice box. We provide complimentary Yorkshire Tea and coffee pods for use in the Nescafe coffee machine. Beyond this space is a newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower. Hand soap, moisturiser & body wash is provided. On the first floor you will find the master and second bedroom both with double beds and plenty of clothes storage. We will provide you with fresh bed linen and towels during your stay. To the rear of the property you will find a lovely enclosed outdoor space with seating for four people. Guest access Full guest access to the entire house and outdoor space. Other things to note Our home is a terraced property in a residential street. The property is suitable for families, couples or friends looking to visit York for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Our space is unsuitable for parties, hen and stag nights or similar gatherings. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings of this nature. If you’re planning a more lively stay in the city our house would not the best choice for you. However, if you want to be close to the centre of town, but want a quiet and relaxing place to return to, then this is the pace for you. Children Due to the nature of the property, we are unable to fit stair gates or address specific risks associated with younger Children.
