Queen-Ensuite with Jet bath-Premium-The Loft

We are located along the Katy Trail, 6 miles from Historic Hermann in the heart of wine country. There are a total of 4 rooms, all have a private bathroom. The Trail Room also have access to a balcony with seating. Large outdoor patio. Weekday rates are available. Kids are welcome!!! The space The Loft is located on the third floor, has a queen size bed, private bathroom, fireplace, tv in room, and sitting area. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, as well as a separate shower. Guest access Guests are welcomed in by the owners and are shown around the property. If for any reason we are not available at time of check in, we will send you a code for the guest door. You will have use of the living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as our game room in the basement. We also have a large outdoor patio with. Fire pits, and bbq pit. During your stay Our home was built in 1921 by the town doctor. Mr. Ransom Doll raised his family here and when the flood of 1993 came through, most of the town moved their homes to higher ground. Mr. Doll refused to move and that is why we are the only home located between the volunteer fire station and the park. It was then purchased in 2003 by The Schaefer family. They remodeled, adding additional baths, etc, and turned it into a Bed and Breakfast. We raised our family in Wentzville, Mo. After sending our last child off to college, in March 2016, We purchased The Doll House. We have done several improvements, such as putting in a large patio, updating rooms, and just finished up a game room/bar with a pool table in basement. Other things to note We do have an outdoor car, her name is Stella. She is an outdoor cat and quite the hunter, keeping those pesky animals away! She does have her water, food,etc in the basement so she does come and go through our guest door. She is really friendly and loves to sit on your lap, but she does have her claws so she understands when you have to push her way. She is not allowed in any of the rooms. We have books in every help to assist you. We are located 6 miles from Hermann, near the wineries and fun! The Trolley will provide transportation to and from here as well as we have Uber/lyft available.
