The nearest station is Shin-Okachimachi Station on the Oedo Subway Line, a 5-minute walk from Exit A1, and a 9-minute walk from Keisei Ueno Station on the Keisei Main Line.You can also use the Tsukuba Express Line from Shin-Okachimachi Station, which is very convenient as you can go to Akihabara Station and Asakusa Station in one stop. You are welcome to consult us at any time! The space -All equipment in the room is free to use. -The room has 2 single beds, so up to 2 people can stay. -There is a stylish restaurant called "INC" on the first floor. Breakfast is 1,500 yen per person per day. Please make a reservation and payment at the front desk on the day of check-in. -Free shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towel bath towel, hair dryer, disposable slippers. -After confirming your reservation and completing the registration of your check-in information, we will send you room guide materials. Please rest assured that we provide transportation information from the airport to the nearest station and route information from the nearest station to the hotel with photos. -On the day of check-in, the staff member will hand over the key directly to you, so please let him/her know the time you will be checking in on Airbnb in advance. -Based on the Japanese Hotel Business Act, identity verification (registration of guest list) is required for all guests. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it will be a nuisance to the surrounding residents. -Please keep small children away from the balcony as it is dangerous.

 -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. - If you have oversized trash (suitcases, etc.), please be sure to contact us in advance. If we have to dispose of them, we will charge you a separate fee. -If you make a long-term reservation (1 month or more) since we do not charge a security deposit, so guest who makes a long-term reservation will need to sign the "fixed-term building lease contract" and "equipment confirmation" (repair responsibility).
