Enjoy a truly one-of-a-kind experience at our private lakeside retreat! Fully remodeled in 2024, this 2,400 sf 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath mid-century modern home sits on Womack's Lake in Manchester, TN. Womack's Lake is a privately-owned lake last open to the public in the late 1960s. It offers unique seclusion, natural beauty and outdoor recreation. When not enjoying our property, visit two nearby caves, several distilleries, golf courses and other local natural sites and entertainment. The space The property is remote, approximately 3/4 of a mile off the highway down our private road. You might hear cars in the distance on the highway, but definitely you'll hear crickets, frogs and other nighttime sounds! The house is designed with the three bedrooms in one half of the house and the public rooms in the other half, creating a great division for both early risers' and night owls' enjoyment. All bedrooms and the dining room have doors that open to the patio on the rear of the house. Guest access Guests will have the entire home at their disposal. The lake and the property adjacent to the lake will be available to explore and enjoy. The lake is not for swimming but has been known for years a great spot for fishing, kayaking and hiking. Other things to note We generally do not allow events, commercial photography or filming at the property. Please contact us to discuss any special requests and we will consider them. Events will require additional fees and/or charges.
