The 3-room apartment with 84 m² of living space is centrally located in Lüdenscheid, just 6 minutes to the A45 highway. The 6-party house convinces with its location and good transport links. Supermarket (Aldi & Rewe), bakery, snack bar, McDonald's & gas stations are within walking distance. Free parking is available for the stay. Hardware store (Obi, Hellweg), train station, pharmacy, hairdresser & hospital are also quickly reached by car. In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop. The space The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. In total there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping places, a hallway, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the first bedroom there are 3 single beds (90 x 200), in the second bedroom there are 2 single beds (90 x 200) and in the third bedroom there are 2 single beds (90 x 200). The room with the 3 single beds and the bedroom facing the garden each have a balcony. For each guest, a set of towels (1x large and 1x small) is available on the bed. The rooms all have a 55-inch 4K smart TV and offer the possibility to log in via your own Netflix or other streaming account. A first aid kit and fire extinguishers can be found in the hallway of the apartment. In the large kitchen there is a dining table with chairs and extensive equipment. Plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, bottle opener, scissors, sharp knives, large pots, pans, salad bowl, etc. The interior bathroom has a bathtub with shower enclosure, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer and plenty of storage space.
