Other things to note [About ID cards and passports] We ask foreign guests who do not live in Japan to submit the ID and passport of all guests after the reservation is confirmed. Please note that if you do not submit them, we may not be able to accommodate you. Parking • Parking space: One covered space for a regular-sized or compact vehicle. One box available. • Note: Please park in the back because it is a road with heavy traffic. Please contact us if you have a large car or 2 or more cars, and we will guide you to the neighborhood (5-minute walk). Please do not park in the parking lots on either side as they are for other people only. House manual Please read the house manual on the table after check-in. About smoking • Indoors: No smoking (including e-cigarettes). Smoking area is located in the backyard on the ground floor. Please close the windows when smoking and be quiet after 7 pm. • Non-smoking areas: Entrance, parking, beach [About the stairs] • The stairs to the second floor are a little steep. There is a handrail, but please be careful if you are an elderly person or have small children. [Typhoon response] The facility will be closed if a typhoon occurs because it faces the sea. Surroundings • Please be quiet after 7 pm as it is a residential neighborhood. We may ask you to leave if there are complaints due to excessive noise. About Bugs Because it is an old house surrounded by the sea and mountains, insects may come out in the summer. We take adequate measures, but please be aware if you don't like insects. (Insecticide is available in each room.) About the sound • You may notice the sound of cars and waves as it faces the road and ocean. You may also hear the sound of boats in the early morning. Our soundproofing is not the latest, so we provide earplugs for those who are interested. Security cameras Security cameras are installed outside the entrance. (As directed by the health center) Check-in process • Caretaker: Not present. • Key collection: Please take it out of the key box and turn the key of the double opening front door. • PIN: We'll be in touch the day before check-in. • Guest information: We will provide forms for the number of guests staying in the room at check-in. • Passport submission: After booking, foreign guests will need to send a photo of everyone's passport in a message.
