Noise curfews affecting nearby properties will be strictly enforced, please be respectful of neighbors - no loud music after 11:00pm. If these policies are not adhered to such as damage to property and belongings, missing items, irresponsible behavior, noise complaints and all other, or if we receive disturbances from the neighbors or property managers you will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refund will be given. Guest access An exceptional place for large family gatherings, the main floor features an expansive great room and an extraordinary gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances and fixtures with optional chef service. Three of the exquisite master suites are located here. Two of the bedrooms share a common veranda overlooking the ocean, the third bedroom features a private garden and soaking tub. The great room overlooks the private grounds featuring the Jacuzzi tub which cascades into the pool. Surrounded by lush native gardens, the grounds are perfect for entertaining friends and family. Access to the entire villa full of features & amenities. A full kitchen, maid service 3x/week, optional chef service. Outdoor private pool & jacuzzi, roof top terrace, lush/native gardens.
