This apartment is for longer term professionals who need to stay in the area without long contracts or signing up to all the amenity’s as they are included, no contract. The apartment is serviced with fresh bedding and towels every week we have facility’s for furniture storing if needed. The rate is £60 a night for up to two people The space The apartment is a 1 bedroom with separate office space , toilet downstairs and fully fitted ensuit upstairs with bath/ shower Guest access the guest have veranda are and a small back of house are for drying. clothes if necessary Other things to note This apartment is for long term let’s for people from one month to five months the apartment is serviced every week with fresh towels and bedding we have storage space for furniture if needed. We must have access to apartment to clean apartment with fresh towels and bedding this can be arranged at a mutual agreement but we prefer Saturday mornings this takes a min of two hours we ask you to vacate for this period
