The space The space is the ground level (little bit better than a basement) of an historic victorian built around 1900. We recently renovated the house, so everything (electric, plumbing, insulation, windows, etc) is brand new. We live upstairs so you may see us around or hear us at times. There is plentiful free street parking, but no designated/reserved off street space. If you plan on driving and need a temporary permit, please let us know in advance. Guest access You have your own entrance to your private space from the street. The backyard/patio is not part of the listing. If you really want to use it, please ask for permission beforehand, and we'll see if we can accommodate your request. Other things to note We have cats! The HVAC system for the guest space is completely separate from the main house where the cats live, so there is no cat fur or dander in your space.
