It is 30 meters from the best bakery in Araxá, 300 meters from a supermarket and 200 meters from the Shopping Mall/MacDonalds. The space It is also close to the exit to the Barreiro complex, Araxá's best tourist spot with its glamorous Tauá Grande Hotel and Araxá thermal baths, known internationally for their splendor and grandeur. The Barreiro complex is also where the best events in the city are held, such as the national classic car meeting, the international mountain bike cup, fly Araxá, intentional cheese meeting, motorcycle fest and several others. 50 meters from our apartment is also the main entrance to the Agenor Lemos exhibition park, where the Expo Araxá agricultural fair is held every year in April, with several shows by famous artists, rodeos and elite cattle auctions. Our apartment, although simple, is very comfortable, spacious, bright and airy. It has a large balcony overlooking a beautiful sunset, where you can relax in a comfortable hammock. This balcony also has a table with 4 seats. There are 3 living rooms, the main one with a sofa and LED TV with Chromecast, a second with a dining table for 6 people, and the third, a little smaller, with 2 armchairs and a coffee machine with capsules, which we offer a certain amount of as a courtesy to our guests. We have 3 bedrooms… The first is a suite with an extra large king size double bed, a second with a conventional double bed and a third with two single bunk beds, generating total comfort for 8 people. Bed linens and towels are our biggest concern, and regardless of the number of guests, they are all fully washed and sanitized at the end of each rental. We also have a common social bathroom that, like the master bedroom suite, has a shampoo dispenser, conditioner, soaps and toilet paper. The kitchen is complete with a 4-burner stove and gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, drinking fountain with cold and natural water and a dining table for 4 people. Basic items such as utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery and wine glasses are available. Salt, black pepper, and soybean oil as well. The laundry room has a washer and dryer that can be used for long-term stays, a compact sink, ironing board and electric iron. It is on the second floor of a very familiar and quiet building. Therefore, it is totally forbidden to have parties and make noise, and to stop in common areas such as stairs, entrance hall and parking lot. Your rental entitles you to a small parking space that holds a car, pickup truck and small vans or up to 3 motorcycles. It does not accommodate trucks or larger cars. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor, accessed only by stairs. It does not have an elevator. Not recommended for wheelchair users or people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
