Nice house in the town center.

My house is in the heart of Montebourg. Ideal for visiting Cotentin: Sainte-Mère-Église, beaches, Cherbourg, La Hague, etc. It is quite atypical if you consider its layout and decor. It has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 4 to 5 people. A courtyard and an enclosed garden are at the back, not visible from the street. No access to attics, garages and personal rooms. I live in this house but am often on the move, so enjoy it when I'm not there ;-) The space The loft bed in bedroom 1 is reserved for a child. A bench in bedroom 2 can also accommodate a child (70 X 150 mattress and duvet). My house is connected to fiber, the TV works through it. You will find all the basic amenities because I live in this house. So please respect my belongings and the premises. As the preparation of the house for incoming tenants can only be done on Saturday, the booking schedule will be made accordingly. I therefore ask for a minimum of 3 nights. Free parking is available on the public road. The pellet stove being very temperamental, this accommodation is provided without heating but, on sunny days, the weather is nice in Normandy ;-) Guest access Access is via a secure key box, but it is also possible for someone to come and greet you.
