If you get bored, you can also play our available PS4 console, chess, scrabble, cards and puzzles or you might enjoy drinking your favorite coffee on the balcony/Lanai at night or in the morning/dawn. The space A quiet but cozy place and far enough from the noise of vehicles on the highway. Guest access Free access to Basketball court, Children's playground and Table tennis. Except swimming pool because it is exclusive for unit owners only. Other things to note A very loud noise can disturb our neighborhood that's why it should be tolerable noise only. If you want to enter and exit the condominium premises and the guard will ask you, just tell them that you are a visitor of my unit. The guard may ask you to leave 1 valid ID upon entering the condominium premises, so always bring a valid ID.
