Welcome to my home!!! Come experience this 4-story container mansion in the heart of Houston!!! Located 5 min away from George R. Brown & University of Houston! I guarantee you have never stayed in a HOMESHARE like this before. Not just a gimmick, filled with two massive kitchens, private & common baths on each floor, lounge areas, and a jumbo fourth story patio with views of Downtown Houston!!! This space: 2nd floor 8x15 room Full size bed shared baths w/ walk-in shower. The space This room is 8' x 15' Room with a Full Size bed with a Luxury Foam Mattress, nightstand, desk, and a small closet and clothing organizer. The bed platform is extra tall for additional luggage storage. This room shares a bathroom with one other room. However, others in the home may use the bathroom from time to time. There is another shared common bathroom on the first and third floors. 2 kitchens and Washer/Dryer combo, one on the first floor, another on the second floor. There is a living room area on the second floor and third floor both have TVs. The second floor has a back uncovered patio, 4th floor is a huge covered patio with downtown views. The backyard is completely covered in turf. Guest access All common areas are shared, you have full access to the kitchens, living rooms, patios and shared bathrooms in the home. Please always remember to clean behind yourself. During your stay I am a go with the flow type host, I will not force socialization on you or isolation. I can be reached 24/7 through the app or call or text. Other things to note Clean, Clean, Clean!!! Please be clean and respectful of the home and other guests.
