QUEEN BED Your primary bedroom has a queen size bed and blackout curtains. Mattress: Stearns Foster “Nancy” Medium Soft (7/10 firm) with Luxury Euro Plush Pillowtop. TWIN BED The second bedroom and office overlook the covered private patio, with chair hammock, and fenced yard. The office has a desk, twin daybed, closet, pet door, and basic yoga supplies. The twin is a Vesgantti hybrid medium firm. COUCH Can sleep 1 smaller guest with the pillows removed (it is not a pull out). YARD The yard has sun, shade, and privacy. There's a 21 year old honeysuckle, grapes, blueberries, apple tree, wisteria, rosemary, oregano, thyme, eucalyptus, lilacs, 2 garden beds, chair hammock, patio furniture, and a shared cedar barrel sauna that is in the far back of property (see layout diagram). SAUNA Session can be booked/scheduled with landlord (included in stay). ACCESSIBILITY Entry has 7 steps (5+2) with railing. ADA toilet, lower 13 bathtub, and handheld hose. SAFETY There are multiple smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. PARKING Street parking only. Ample spots in front of house. LOCATION It is 6-13 miles away from all major hospitals. Walk score of 86 and Bike score of 91. One block to the Farmers Market! Guest access You can use the front yard, your rear private year, and your 2BR apartment. Sauna is shared. Located in far rear yard (landlords yard). You can also access the garage to borrow 2 (smaller) bikes and beach supplies. Other things to note Please know that this property is owner occupied and there is a dog on the premises.
