Check-in time: 3:00pm Check-out time: 12:00pm Security deposit upon check-in: P2,000 (REFUNDABLE if there are no damages or extra cleaning) Extra charges: Early check-in / Late check-out (subject for approval, please notify us first) P400 per hour Our base rate is good for 10pax, the price will change after that. Please input the correct number of guests before booking. After 16pax, extra person charge is P500 per adult, P300 per kid(6-12yrs old). Toddlers are free of charge. Pet fee P300 Drinking Water (20L) P70 (If stock runs out, you can also purchase from nearby sari-sari stores.) Bonfire (until 10pm) P300 (full profit goes to our caretaker, cash only) Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. It's a fully fenced property, pets can safely roam and play in the grounds, just keep the gates closed at all times. Other things to note Our location and surrounding barangays have ZERO cellular signal. Once you arrive, communication is only possible thru Starlink Wi-Fi. -- Going to the camp: Most of the way is paved, you will pass by only about 6mins unpaved road, sedan & van can pass through. No river crossing to reach the camp. Connected to main panel - manual / controlled by light switch (for daytime use) 2. Individual panels - automatic / remote controlled (for nighttime use) -- We are located within a nature reserve, our area is expected to be peaceful and serene as not to disturb wildlife, local residents including the Dumagat-Remontado tribe, and other travelers who visit the area for a restful getaway. If you are looking for a party venue where you can be loud as you want until night time, please look elsewhere. Barangay Cayabu Ordinance: No videoke & loud speakers allowed No fireworks allowed QUIET TIME: 10PM-6AM (This is strictly implemented, violators will be fined.) -- Our caretaker will be staying on the property with you in a separate kubo. Her role there is to maintain the place, to monitor the solar power and to be there for emergency concerns. Please note that cooking, washing dishes, and running errands for guests are not part of her duties. If you require maid services, kindly make your own arrangements and bring someone with you.
