Centrally located within a short distance of everything including shops, restaurants/cafe's & only 5 mins to the famous Bali nightlife. For mtrbike can park at the front of the room Other things to note All guests staying at the apartment must either provide a copy of their current up-to-date passport (full information pages and cover) or their original passports to be photocopied by the manger/owner either immediately upon arrival or prior to arrival via email to the host. This is not negotiable and is a requirement of us as the host to supply this ID to relevant authorities upon the guests arrival or prior to where possible. This information will be corroborated upon arrival and must be accurate due to local authority requirements in Bali. All guests staying in the apartment must provide this ID not only the guest booking. Electricity usage is at the expense of the guest. Normal usage will be around 10.000 rph - 20,000 rph per day provided air-conditioners are not run continuously. The owner will top up an approximate amount of 200,000 rph per guest/s booking at the start of their stay irrespective of the term - whether 1 day or 1 month etc. For big galon of drinking water, we gv free but only once a week. We further advise all guests to have international vehicle permits in place should they wish to rent motorbikes or vehicles whilst staying in Bali. Should the guest choose to rent the motorbike whilst not in possession of such licence do so at their own risk.
