Guest access Studio-style apartment, functional and well located for visiting the city on foot. - Arrivals are self-service (code key boxes at the entrance to the building) - Parking is on the surrounding streets - Wifi/Tv/Netflix/Prime Video/Disney+ (⚠️ANY PURCHASE ON THE PLATFORMS WILL BE CHARGED) Sheets/towels and kitchen utensils are provided. Other things to note Rules: - the accommodation is non-smoking (€50 charged) - Parties are prohibited - the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy after your departure. - for non-compliance with the departure time €5 per hour can be charged - €15 per additional guest - €15 per hour of extra cleaning Management reserves the right to charge additional fees in case of non-compliance with the rules, breakage or missing items. Nothing exceptional, just a few basic rules😊. All this to avoid abuse and to allow us to welcome the following guests in good conditions. Please make the apartment clean and tidy (bins emptied, dishes cleaned, sheets removed).
