La Grande Germaine Gite & Spa

Located in a quiet residential area, in a small Champagne village with bucolic charm, this elegant accommodation is perfect if you come to visit our beautiful region, to rest and recharge your batteries with family or friends. The 220 m² house is bright, with a high ceiling and a beautiful glass mezzanine. The capacity is 7 beds, including a maximum of 4 adults. Bookable for a minimum of 2 nights. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. The space On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a kitchen equipped with a central island, a dining room, a bar with foosball and darts, a laundry room, a shower and separate toilet. The floor has a living room with large screen TV, 3 bedrooms including 1 with private shower room, a large bathroom and separate toilet. On the upper mezzanine is an office with a dedicated workspace. Outside, you will enjoy a large courtyard with carport for parking on site, a terrace with garden furniture and parasol. A barbecue is available on sunny days (you supply the charcoal). The gîte also has a HOT TUB under a pergola, heated to 36° before your arrival. It is reserved for adults and can be used between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Other things to note Sheets and bath towels are included in the rate, as well as cleaning at the end of the stay. You'll also have bathrobes available for the hot tub.
