Located in a peaceful residential area, in a small Champagne village with bucolic charm, this elegant accommodation is perfect if you come to visit our beautiful region, to rest and recharge with family or friends. The house with an area of 220 sqm is bright, with a high ceiling and a beautiful glass mezzanine. The capacity is 7 beds. The space On the ground floor you will find: - an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop) - a dining room, - a bar with foosball and darts, - a laundry room with a shower - a separate toilet. The floor has: - a living room with a large screen TV, - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed with private shower room, - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed - 1 bedroom with 3 single beds including a bunk bed - a large bathroom - a separate toilet. On the upper mezzanine is an office with a dedicated workspace. Outside, you will benefit from a large courtyard with carport allowing parking on site, a terrace with garden furniture and umbrella. A barbeque is available on sunny days (you supply the charcoal). The cottage also has a SPA under pergola, heated to 36° before your arrival. It is reserved for adults only and can be used between 8am and 10pm.
