Access to LAKE NAOMI CLUB (LNC) amenities (lake, pool, golf, club house, community center, sailing, pickleball tennis, etc.) is not included by default. If interested, please inquire before booking to check availability and membership requirements. However, within Timber Trails you are permitted by default to utilize Tall Timber Lake (beach, playground, swim area etc.) and the walking trails within the timber trails gated community. please message us if you have Q’s Your Poconos Getaway Awaits: Come experience why our Timber Trails home is one of the most peaceful and stylish stays in the area, we’d love to host you! Guest access Guest Access & House Rules Guests have full access to the entire home. The outdoor grill is located on the main deck and comes ready to use with a propane tank, plus an extra tank conveniently stored in the screened porch for your backup needs. Summer Guests: Beach gear including chairs, backpack cooler, Bluetooth radio for all your summer goods is stored on the screened porch along with some other items. Winter Guests: We welcome skiers and snowboarders, but to help keep the home clean and comfortable, all ski and snow gear must be stored outside on the lower covered deck. Please remove snow boots before entering the house, shoe/boot trays are provided by the entry for your convenience. Please Note (Restricted Areas): For safety and insurance purposes, the indoor fireplaces are not operational and must remain off-limits. Guests will also not have access to the detached garage or the under-stair storage closet.
