This property is at the heart of the city's bustling restaurants and vibrant nightlife, and is also close to Silliman University. It includes parking, WiFi (100 Mbps) and Netflix, TV, essential kitchen appliances, utensils, a full bathroom, a sofa, and more. Condo amenities such as activity room for billiards and darts, swimming pool, gym, and children's playground are also available. The space The property is a studio unit with a queen-sized bed, television, WiFi, a 2-seat sofa, and a kitchen complete with necessary appliances (microwave, electric stove, and refrigerator) and utensils. The unit accommodates 2 guests on the queen-sized bed. A pull-out mattress is available for a 3rd guest for an additional fee. Amenities available are the gym, swimming pool, and game room for billiards and darts. Other things to note Only the names and number of guests included in the booking will be allowed to enter the unit. The room can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. Two guests may stay with no additional fee, while a third guest may be accommodated on a pull-out mattress for an extra charge. Unauthorized/unregistered guests are not permitted as per condominium rules. Full names of all guests and a copy of their valid IDs must be sent to the host before check-in. This is required by the condominium administration for security and registration purposes. Please note that check-in will not be allowed if the names and IDs are not provided in advance. Although rare, blackouts may occur unprecedentedly which is beyond our control. During this time, only the fan and emergency light will be functional. But such blackouts usually only last a few hours.
