Home in Winterport

Welcome to 40 Water Street in historic Winterport, Maine. We are located on a quiet street just steps away from the Penobscot River. This house is so centrally located, it’s only 52 miles to Bar Harbor, 21 miles to Belfast and 40 miles to Camden just to name a few of the beautiful coastal Maine towns. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full. There is one full bath with laundry. The kitchen and living room are open concept with a t.v. in the living room. The space Our house is small but set up nicely with a great flow. When you come in, the bedrooms are to the right , the bathroom/ laundry is straight ahead and the open concept living room and kitchen take up the rest of the space. The entire house has ceramic tiled floors. There is about 700 sq feet in total in the house. We have a screened in shed off the back of the house for extra space to enjoy. Guest access The access to the house is through the front door with a key pad. On the day a guest arrives they will receive the code to the front door. Other things to note We have a separate screened in area great for summer nights, with a table and 4 chairs.
