Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140, and the other with 1 bed of 120 (be careful, small for 2 adults) and a bed of 90, and a bathroom with shower and double sinks. On the ground floor, a sofa bed can accommodate a couple. Indoor amenities: dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and gas oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi, DTT and connected TV for your platform access (Netflix, Amazon etc...), Alexa speaker. Outdoor amenities: wooden garden furniture, awning, barbecue, 2 sun loungers. Non-functional fireplace. An API supermarket, open 24 hours a day, is 50 meters away, as well as a bus stop that will allow you to reach La Rochelle. Many tourist activities to do in the region: La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Marais Poitevin, Ile d'Oléron etc... Note that near the accommodation there is a municipal bowling green, a children's playground as well as a sports complex.
