Welcome to Maison Irondas ☀️ A former outbuilding adjoining our typical Gironde house dating from 1860, Maison Irondas was completely renovated in 2024. ✅Two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. ✅On the ground floor, a large 45m² living room with a modern kitchen, large table and sofa bed are also at your disposal. The space More details about the house ☀️ ✅A 45m² ground floor ✅A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine. ✅A large table that seats eight people ✅A lounge area with a small double sofa bed (130*200) and a television(Netflix, Disney Channel, Prime Vidéo) ❗Please note that guests sleeping on the sofa on the ground floor will have to share a bathroom and toilet in one of the bedrooms upstairs❗ ✅Two 20m² bedrooms ✅Two queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) ✅Two private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers ✅Two private toilet ✅Bed linen and towels are included ❗One of the bedrooms has a 100x200 sofa bed for one person❗ 👶🏻A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are also available on request. ✅Sunny adjoining terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers! You can also enjoy our garden and the shade of the large lime tree in summer. In our village, you will find two grocery stores and a tobacconist's/newsagent's within a two-minute walk, open every day. Both sell bread and pastries from the bakery in the neighbouring village🥖🥐 Guest access Maison Irondas is located on our property. The main entrance to the courtyard is communal. The travellers' entrance to the holiday home is private. The house, its facilities and the adjoining terrace are independent of our home and are entirely at your disposal.
