Welcome to Maison Irondas! A former outbuilding adjoining our typical 1860 Gironde house, Maison Irondas was completely renovated in 2024 and welcomes you for your vacations, weekends or even business trips! Two independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.. On the ground floor, a large 45m2 living room with modern kitchen, large dining table and sofa bed are also at your disposal. All opening onto an outdoor terrace. The space Our 90m2 house has two bedrooms with Queen Sizes beds, separate bathrooms and WCs, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room and a lovely sunny outdoor terrace ☀️ Bed linen and towels are included. The house in more detail >> On the ground floor, the 45m2 living area is composed as follows: - A modern, fully-equipped open kitchen: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine. - A large table seating eight people - Lounge area with double sofa bed (130*200) and TV. Please note that guests sleeping on the ground floor sofa will have to share a bathroom and toilet with one of the upstairs bedrooms! 1st floor with two 20m2 bedrooms, each with > a Queen Size bed - Queen-size bed - Private bathroom - Private toilet - a shower - Washbasin with hairdryer - One of the bedrooms has a 100X200 sofa bed. 👶🏻A baby cot, high chair and bathtub are also available on request. Outside, a lovely sunny terrace with tables, chairs and deckchairs! Enjoy our garden and the shade of the large lime tree in summer. In our village, you'll find a grocery store and a tobacconist's shop open every day, just a two-minute walk away. Both stock bread and Viennese pastries from the neighboring village baker🥖🥐. Guest access Maison Irondas is located on our property. The main entrance to the courtyard is communal. The travellers' entrance to the holiday home is private. The house, its facilities and the adjoining terrace are independent of our home and are entirely at your disposal.
