All this on about 45 m², offering great comfort: The kitchen is well equipped: dishwasher, glass-ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, extra oven, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster. ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION: - in the living room: air conditioning / electric heating, - NO wifi, - TV, - washing machine, vacuum cleaner, - a private parking space, and visitor spaces. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: - PETS: on request only. - LINEN: Bed linen and towels are NOT included in the price. In order to respect everyone's budget and desires, we suggest you bring your own linen, or rent it for an additional fee from the concierge. - CLEANING: Cleaning at the end of the stay is NOT included in the price. We give you the opportunity to do it yourself at no extra cost, or to entrust it to the concierge upon reservation and for a fee. - POOLS: A swimming pool open from June to September. A second swimming pool is open in July and August. Unattended, unheated, unlit pools. Swim shorts/burkinis are not allowed. - ELECTRIC CARS: Recharging is prohibited on the property. A charging station is available 2 km from the accommodation. - BARBECUE: the use of fire (wood, charcoal...) is prohibited. - MEZZANINE: Access is not secure, we ask you to be very vigilant if you have children and/or people with reduced mobility. The Spar grocery store is 2.5 km away, the shops of the old village of Fitou, its winegrowers and restaurants, are only 4 km away, accessible on foot or by bike by the vineyard paths, or by car by the classic road. The large beaches of Leucate and La Franqui are about 10 minutes away by car. The festivities are close enough to enjoy, but far enough away not to be disturbed by them (Barcarès electrobeach, Les Déferlantes festival, Mondial du Vent, Sol y Fiesta, Christmas village, etc.) Halfway between Narbonne and Perpignan. The tenant will have the use of the terrace, but it will be necessary to store the tables and chairs at night and in case of absence. You will have access to walks in the park and all the common amenities of the residence, depending on the season: swimming pools, tennis court, street vendors, pontoon, etc. Other things to note Linens and towels are NOT provided and are NOT included in the price displayed. They can be rented for an extra fee from the concierge. Pets may be allowed upon request ONLY. The complete cleaning will be done by you at the end of your stay, but can be delegated to the concierge for an additional fee.
