Away from city noise, close to great food and lively entertainment. A place for quiet thoughts and rest. A secluded private entry to a comfy sitting room, a spacious master suite includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, ample drawer space, walk-in shower, jet tub, workstation, leather furniture, dining space, TV/Wi-Fi. The space Total living space under roof is about 1900 square feet and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath wood frame house, built in 1991. I had it built and am the sole original owner. The exterior includes a wrap-around walkway/patio made of decorative pavers and is adorned with complimentary landscaping and lighting. Guest access Privacy is the emphasis of my master suite which has been made available for your enjoyment. The entry door is secluded and private. Separate from the main part of the house, the suite is nearly twice the size of an average king size hotel room, at a total of 525 square feet, you will be comfy with plenty of space to relax in. As one enters the suite, the Living Room area is encountered first. A spacious 200 square foot area that includes, at the far end, a dining area with a table and chairs, microwave, coffeemaker & condiments, mini-fridge, plates, silverware, paper towels/napkins. Furnishings include an overstuffed leather chair/ottoman, leather love seat, end tables, lamps, coasters, and a TV with streaming services available. A pocket door separates the Living Room from the Bedroom, which, has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, luggage racks, lots of drawer space, and a dedicated workstation. The Bathroom area includes a combination water closet/shower, double sink vanity, and a large jet tub to relax and unwind in (special instructions available). During your stay The main part of the house serves as my part-time primary residence. I am sometimes available on-site, in person, for any needs. At the same time, I do enjoy a busy lifestyle which, has me frequently in and out, but not usually more than a couple of hours at a time. When not there, I can be readily reached by phone/text. My life partner owns a 10-acre farm about an hour's drive away from the city and we find ourselves back and forth some from here to there. She also has an Airbnb there (Serenity Acres, if interested). I can always be reached by phone/text. Other: As stated earlier, I do enjoy a busy lifestyle and oftentimes find myself travelling (how I discovered Airbnb). During those times, as always, I am reachable by phone/text. Dirty Little Secret: I love people and their stories. So, please, no need to be bashful or reticent to make contact with me for any reason. I am usually eager to chat with anyone about nearly anything. I also understand and respect one's desire for privacy and quiet. I will always follow my guests lead on the amount of interaction desired, if any. Other things to note Situated in a family-oriented neighborhood, there is a strong emphasis on quiet and privacy here. Other than the occasional bark of a dog, kids playing ball in the cul-de-sac, or perhaps the cry of a resident hawk, this is a very quiet place. The neighbors are friendly, while also respecting one's desire for privacy. I have also made sure that your entry is a secluded private spot on the property so your comings/goings will be of little interest to others. Parking etiquette is also at a premium here. You are welcome to park at the very top of my driveway. An open space will usually be available, which also contributes to your privacy. If, for some unusual reason, there's no space at the top of the driveway, it is only brief and temporary. In the meantime, it is recommended that you park either immediately in front of the house along the curb (taking care not to block either driveway), or, along the right curb nearest the entry to the cul-de-sac (grassy area on the right side before the storm drain).
