Quiet hamlet close to the beach. Parking is not an issue here. The townhouse is conveniently located by the intersection of Route 1 and Rehoboth avenue. Hebron Rd and Rehoboth Ave are your cross streets. You are close enough to the beach but without all the hassles. Restaurants are just a short walk from the Kingston room. Just at the end of Rehoboth Avenue and Route 1. Revelation Craft Brewing Company is a block away. Thompson Island and Blue Coast Restaurants are just across the street. The space New account but not new to AirBnB. Have been hosting since 2018. The Kingston room features a private 1st floor bedroom in a 3 level townhouse. Your space includes a King sized bed with quality mattress and linens, writing desk, reading chair and ensuite bathroom. Relaxing private patio with table and chairs and two rockers to sit outside and enjoy a good book or coffee in the mornings. Your room is equipped with a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, Roku TV with YouTube TV and Netflix. Other amenities includes beach towels, beach mat and chairs. The Kingston room stays nice and cool in the summer so feel free to open the slider to the patio to get some fresh air in your room. Guest access Guest have access to the first floor only. All guests must be 21 or older to stay in the room. The upper floors are not included in your stay. Key and lock to your room is provided to secure your belongs when you are out. Front door access is provided by key code to allow you to gain entry to the townhouse at your convenience. The door to the Kingston room is key lock or you may use the key pad to enter the room. The same code provided to you for the front door will also be the code for the keypad to the room. Enter the code and hit the # to unlock the door. The door locks when you close the door so be aware of the functionality. During your stay Available if you need me but I want you to feel like the space is yours and you have your privacy. I provide instructions on how to operate the TV as well as a list of recommendations for dining in town or walk-able from the house. Other things to note Sea Coast Court is located just over a mile to the beach and boards so walking to the beach with all that you might need for a day may be a little far. Weekend parking passes are easily available downtown to avoid the meters. Paid parking by meter or permit in Rehoboth is enforced from May 15 to Sept. 15. Permits are required from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and metered spaces are required from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ParkMobile app is recommended if you plan to use metered spaces.
