Route 707 Homestay is surrounded by Mango,Guava, Sweet orange, Grapes,Mulberries (Shahtoot),Strawberries &Some aromatic plants. we are living here from many generation ,So we cook some enthenic food in old school manner ,YOUR BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY (WE ARE AWARDED AS 2ND BEST HOMESTAY IN TEHRI BY OUR UTTARAKHAND TOURISM FOR OUR FOOD). We used organic product like pulses, millet, spices, rice ,flour etc and cooked in wood fire @ Bronze utensils and earthen pots in dinner. The space we have 15×13 square feet room space and 5 ×17 covered balcony space in every cottage. you get two wooden chair and table inside and two chair and table in balcony. there is a common sitting space and library and playing section and garden. dartboard playing game is placed in every cottage. Most importantly we have also provided internal staircase in it ,which connect ground floor and first floor together, It's a fun factor for your kids . We also have little basketball and dartboard inside the cottages, which will be engaging for your group. we have a Wooden chulha for our guests(our staff cook for you ) ,common playing area ,garden, library etc . Our property is just 25 meter downhill ,you have to walk and use 15 steps to reach us . Parking is @ Near roadside @ our common village parking space (Which is perfectly safe ). This is a Homestay, our joint family also lives in the same premises, we are your host ,we believe in traditional, heritage should be preserve, you,ll find many fruit trees in our farm like Guava, Mango, seet oranges, banana ,Grapes, lemon ,amla etc ,we also cultivate organic vegetables here (seasonal), we follow old school cooking method here ,mud stove @ dinner and utensils we used are bronze and earthen pots for cooking and serving also . pulses ,rice ,millet, spices, floor we used are cultivated in different districts of Uttarakhand and perfectly organic ,nutritious and tastier as well. Prices for your breakfast & Dinner- >Breakfast - We prepare some stuffed traditional kachories or parantha (stuffed with potato or pulses ) with poha or bread toast with our own made apple jam or egg or macaroni with very famous TRADITIONAL CHUTNIES (Which you will never forget) with tea or coffee. It will cost you 300 per person for adults (12 + age) and 6 to 12 yrs it will cost you 150 Rs. >Dinner - We cook one local pulses, with local vegetables + one paneer item or Chicken (as per request) ,with local floor bread ,local rice and Very tasty local desert (surprise 🏜 😋) all these cuisine are prepared in a old school manner on mud stove and most importantly traditional utensils are used which inhance the taste . This Dinner will cost you 500 Rupee for per adult and 250 Rupee for kids (6 to 12 yrs ). Guest access guest can sit in garden area ,common area and also get in kitchen and cook there own food (additional charged for that ). MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE COOK OUR FOOD IN OUR SPECIALLY DESIGNED WOOD FIRE CHULHA ON EARTHEN POTS AND BRONZE UTENSILS. YOU CAN SIT THERE ALSO, THIS IS OUR USP HERE Other things to note please don't missuse electricity and water here. Our family also lives in same premises, sothat loud music ,abusive language is restricted here.
