Located in Vacquiers in Haute-Garonne, Pitounel offers you a renovated, authentic and modern barn composed of two new adjoining cottages, very comfortable (Possibility to communicate them). Each cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a large living space, an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and upstairs under the sloping roofs, 2 comfortable bedrooms as well as a terrace, garden, entrance and private parking. Great for a relaxing stay in the countryside. The space Based on an old barn, the building has been redesigned by an architect anxious to combine tradition and modernity. The 2 pitounel cottages, the Oak and Jasmine are completely new and combine the authenticity and charm of Toulouse country houses as well as all the contemporary comforts. Each home has been designed to offer all modern amenities and thoughtful decor. Houses are also designed to be environmentally responsible, with enhanced insulation and modern and efficient heating and air conditioning systems, reducing the carbon footprint. On the ground floor, a warm living area with living room and fully equipped kitchen, overlooking a pretty terrace and embellished with a quiet and private garden. Also on the ground floor, a bathroom with towels at your disposal and toilet. The floor and its sloping roofs offer you a cocooning space with 1 closed bedroom and 1 bedroom open to a small reading and games area. The 2 cottages also have a private entrance and secure parking. Pitounel cottages can accommodate from 1 to 12 people (6 per individual accommodation) and offer a perfect space and environment to organize holidays, weekends or stays with friends, family, cousinades... or any other family and professional event.
