The unit has beautiful sunrise and city lights evening view. The best feature of this unit is its peaceful, uncrowded amenities and the food choices around the area. Enjoy swimming in the pool, play table tennis, or read a book at the lounge spaces or chill at the roof deck to enjoy the city view. The space This unit is a 21-sqm studio unit with 1 queen size bed and a 2-seater pull out sofa bed. It has a 4-seater dining table and dining sets. For your entertainment, there is a 43" Smart TV with access to Youtube Premium and Netflix courtesy of your host. A small study table is available for the working professionals, and a strong internet connection to match. It also comes with basic toiletry kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo). Guest access This unit is good for 3 people only. Visitors are welcome, but will need a visitor's ID pass from the lobby. To avoid fines, please make sure that only 3 people sleep in the unit/stay overnight. Access to pool is FREE from 6am to 8pm for those registered as guests of the unit. Children below 10 years old are not included in the count, and are free of charge. The lounge spaces, library and table tennis are free to use for all without charge. Viewing decks are available at the 15th and 26th floor with a great view of the sunrise and city lights view in the evening. A convenience store is also available at the ground floor next to the elevators. Always keep noise to a minimum inside the unit and in the amenities. Most especially, follow the rules in public spaces to avoid penalties. Other things to note The condominium has a 24hr security, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. Other things to note Paid Parking space - subjective to availability We don’t provide towels so please bring your own towel or you can purchase in the nearby mall in Ayala IT Park. All guests are required to submit valid IDs as pre-check-in requirements. These are required by the property for security reasons.
