Light and cozy place with views

We are renting out our home located in the middle of San Francisco peninsula and in proximity to all bay area attraction - San Francisco and San Jose, Half Moon Bay and Pacifica beaches, Santa Cruz, Big Basin and other parks and places. The house is perfect for a family of 6. It has a kids bedroom with a bunk bed, and 2 bedrooms with a king and a full size beds. Sofa in the living room can be converted to an additional full sized bed. The house has full kitchen, dishwasher and is fully equipped. The space We are renting this place while traveling only from 8 July to 9th August. It can be rented for 14 days+ (same price over 14 days, just select for a month from July 8th). This is not a vacation rental, this is the house we are renting out while traveling. The house is very light and is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The living room and the kitchen space has a lot of windows and a balcony. Bedroom windows are facing our quiet backyard. The living room has a big TV screen (We don't have cable services, but you can easily connect your device wirelessly). We have a deck on the backside with a great views, a table and a gas fire pit. There is also a working shed next to the deck. The place is centrally located in the San Francisco Bay Area and a perfect gateway to explore the area. Just 30 minutes driving to San Francisco City center, 25 minutes to south bay, 20 minutes to Half Moon Bay beaches, 20 minutes to the East Bay. An hour to Muir Woods, Big Basin, Santa Cruz and way more. Please reach out to me if you want to use bikes or paddle boards - we have 3 adult bikes and a teen bike. Let me know if you are in kiteboarding/ride electric unicycle/rollerblade, most probably I will let you use my equipment. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house except of a few closets and drawers. Garage is not available. There is one parking spot on a shared driveway right next to the house and street parking. Other things to note -Children: We have 2 kids who grew up in the house, however the house is not kids-proofed, has stairs and steep backyard which may be unsafe for kids. -Parking: 1 parking on a shared driveway next to the house and street parking. The garage is not available for the guests. - House rules: This is a residential neighborhood where everybody knows each other and our neighbors are quite sensitive to noise. Parties are not permitted, and we kindly ask for quiet hours to be respected. Strictly no smoking.
