The ground floor welcomes guests with a magnificent wooden staircase in the Grand Entrance Hall, featuring unique wrought iron details, probably designed by the Nancy School. On the right, the Dining Room retains original stove moldings, while the adjacent Music Room features beautifully restored parquet flooring with a central compass rose. The Historic Kitchen, one of the most evocative spaces in the castle, still houses period furniture, including a huge smokehouse and a recently discovered 18-meter-deep well. Outside, guests can explore the meticulously designed French garden, surrounded by high walls and adorned with three-hundred-year-old boxwood. The Place des Tilleuls, adorned with pruned linden trees imported from Holland, leads to a triangular courtyard. A hidden wooden door opens onto the Chemin du Calvaire, lined with centuries-old boxwood. The castle also has a vaulted cellar accessible by a secret stone staircase, ideal for storing wine, and a large barn that once served as a center of agricultural activity. These varied spaces combine to create an immersive experience, allowing guests to travel back in time while enjoying the comfort of a luxurious stay in this enchanting French castle.
