Our comfortable apartment is located just next to the historical center inside a courtyard which makes it extremely quiet and safe. Ideal location arriving by car (FREE GARAGE), train (next to train station) or tourists who wish to live like a local! The space Our apartment is recently renovated and very quiet. We are on the first floor of a small building (with elevator). It is suitable up to 6 people (4 people and 2 children) or 5 adults and it is on 2 levels: Level 1 - 1 lovely double room (mattress size large 140 cm) - 1 big bathroom with shower - little but usefull laundry with washing machine - a bright open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area (sofa bed for 1 adults or 2 children ) and dinining area Level 2 -1 cozy double room (mattress size large 160 cm) -1 big bathroom with shower The house has also: safe, private and FREE GARAGE where you can park easily your car. The garage is located in the basement of the building and it has a lift ... don't worry for your heavy luggages :) Guest access The entire apartment and our garage are at your complete disposal! Access to the garage: -height of 2 meters and 15 cm -width 3 meters The garage is under the building, so once arrived stop in front of the gate of our house and ring the bell, i will come downstairs to open you Other things to note The bedroom on the upper floor has a private bathroom and is accessed by a flight of stairs , it is without a door, although it is still very private. If you arrive after 7 pm we will check you in,where you will be explained how to enter the house.
