Cosy Caravan Home with Veranda

A caravan retreat nestled amidst nature's embrace, offering tranquillity within the cul-de-sac of Moray View in the Seton Sands Holiday Park. Conveniently set between Edinburgh city centre and North Berwick, with the beach and coastline in view and only a few minutes walk away, this space makes the perfect, cosy getaway for couples. This modernly decorated 1 bedroom caravan home is complete with 2 bathrooms and showers, plus a pull-out double sofabed, making it comfortable for up to 4 to stay. The space A cosy welcoming awaits you in this 1 bedroom, spacious and bright caravan home with front patio area and sunny side veranda. You'll find a little welcome hamper on arrival to get you settled in! The space can accommodate up to 4 people, and there's ramp for easy accessibility into the caravan. Caravan consists of: A large, open livingroom area with large windows leading out onto a patio, supplied with a table and chairs, plus a relaxing 'swing' egg chair! A pull-out, small double sofa bed is available, electric fireplace, large TV (with basic channels) and 2 person dining table. A built-in bluetooth speaker is also available to connect to! A bright kitchen sits just off the living area with a skylight above and a 2 person breakfast bar. Fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, gas stove and oven with grill. A kettle, toaster and air fryer are available for guests to respectfully use. The main bathroom is spacious with a power shower and a bath and hand towel supplied for each guest. The bedroom has ample storage space with use of a light up wardrobe and drawers. A vanity table with hairdryer, and a large, comfortable double bed with bedding provided and extra pillows and douvet available for any guests staying on the sofa bed. Equipped with an en-suite with WC, sink and power shower! (There is a second room in the caravan that you'll find is locked. This is the owners private work room and access is unavailable to guests). Find double glazed windows throughout and a central heating system found in the cupboard with full instructions if you need to make heating adjustments. (Do not leave on constant when leaving). LOCATION: ~ Find the main reception and facilities just a 5 minute walk away. This makes it convenient to get to but also far enough away from the noise. ~ The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. ~ The number 26 bus can be found at the park entrance and is a short and scenic journey to the quaint, Mussleburgh town and Portobello beach, before arriving in the Edinburgh City Centre. This is also a direct route to Murrayfield Stadium and Edinburgh Zoo. (be sure to get the 26 that says Seton Sands, NOT Tranent when returning to the Holiday Home). ~ A short drive away from Gullane beach and the beautiful coastal town of North Berwick. ~ Great location for golf lovers, with a 9 hole scenic course in the Park grounds. ~ Park facilities include a swimming pool, swing park, arcade, restaurant, fish & chip shop, golf course and much more! (PLEASE NOTE, PARK PLAY PASSES MUST BE BOUGHT SEPERATELY FROM THE RECEPTION TO ACCESS ALL THE FACILITIES). ~ Or take part in the famous John Muir Way, one of Scotland’s Great, scenic hiking trails! **Registration** I will need to register your arrival with Haven and therefore need the following: 1. Vehicle registration number of all cars 2. Names of all adults 3. Ages of any children 4. Mobile phone number 5. Email address (for car passes to be sent) 6. Arrival time (approx.) Guest access Access with a lockbox. There is 1 car parking space outside the caravan for guests to use. There are steps leading into the property. Play passes are required to access the Entertainment Complex, Swimming pool and other facilities. These can be purchased from the Haven reception area.
