Welcome to our cozy house in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, NY! Our spacious 4-bed, 2.5-bath house offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and amenities including, a bonfire pit, outdoor grill, and a fenced-in backyard. The space When you arrive you will find our Guest Book to help enhance your stay! All details on our favorite places in the area, some house rules, Wi-Fi and more will be included. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home. They include 3 queen size beds and one king size bed. Linens are included. All Bathrooms will have soap, shampoo, conditioner. The two full size bathrooms will include a hair dryer. Towels and toilet paper are supplied. There is a desk area that can be utilized as a work area as well with high speed internet. We offer a Keurig machine in the kitchen. Two dining areas one high top in the kitchen as well as a dining room table in the dining room. There is pots and pans for cooking as well as an outdoor propane grill for use as well. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except for the garage, shed, basement, and some interior closets. Other things to note The pool is only 5 feet deep in the deep end, so there is no diving allowed. We are also set in a neighborhood so we ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and by minding the noise volume, especially in the evening hours.
