A pleasant walk to Middlebury town and college from this handsome 1827 Federal home which is licensed with the state. The suite has two bedrooms with one private bathroom and it’s own entrance. Each room has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress fitted with sun dried cotton sheets. The suite has a small refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and French press. If the reservation is for 2 persons but both bedrooms are required, there is an additional $80 per night charge. Please be aware though that the suite only provides a limited food preparation area. Refrigerator for keeping foods cold and microwave for reheating. Electric kettle and French press for making tea and coffee. If you were hoping to cook your meals this may not be suitable. Guests are welcome to relax on our screened porch and enjoy the extensive grounds, which slope down to the river where there is a canoe for guests to use. My husband and I live in the house and are available should you need anything or wish to chat but we respect your privacy. The suite is self-contained and private. We are only accepting guests who have been fully vaccinated against Covid.
