The space What if this week, everyone was really together, with no imposed schedule, just the pleasure of being there? A stone's throw from Lake Guerlédan, this new house built in 2024 has been designed so that families and groups of friends can experience something rare: a real change of scenery, just a short drive away. Fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, it welcomes everyone without exception. Upon arrival, the bed is made and the towels are ready. You don't need to plan anything; you can just enjoy yourself. The indoor pool, heated to 30°C and treated with salt, is accessible all year round. When it's 15°C outside, as in the middle of summer, it changes everything for the children and for group evenings. The 100 m² wooden terrace opens onto the Breton countryside with a ping-pong table, shuffleboard, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. There is always something to do, or not to do. The house accommodates up to 10 people: two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, one with a private bathroom, one bedroom with four single beds ideal for children or a group, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped; bean coffee maker, hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available, ideal for extended stays or light luggage. In the evening, the Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Video takes over. In winter, the wood-burning stove does the rest. Lake Guerlédan is within a 10-minute walk, and Beau Rivage beach is 15 minutes away. A paddleboard is available for you to explore the lake whenever you feel like it. Restaurants and water sports providers are in the immediate vicinity. Situated in the heart of Brittany, the house also allows you to easily explore the coast, the Monts d'Arrée or the historic towns of the region. Other things to note At the foot of the property, several hikes are available to you around Lake Guerlédan, a beautiful site located in Brittany. This artificial lake is surrounded by forests and hills, offering many opportunities for nature and hiking lovers of all ages. A must-visit lake for anglers... Just a maximum of 1h30 drive away, you will find the most touristic coastal sites to visit in the 3 departments. In less than an hour by car, you will also find a cinema, bowling alley, billiards, laser tag, and a shopping center. For an exceptional stay, our house also offers a lifeguard at your disposal.
