RECREATION and electric car chargers. The space Nannai Residence is on the waterfront and shares the best strip of natural pools with the famous Nannai Beach Resort. It is 8 km from Porto de Galinhas and 3 km from Pontal do Cupe. Privileged position at the beginning of the natural pools of warm and calm waters, protected by long reefs that favor swimming, kayaking and standup. 60m2 apartment, SPRING (Vila Anchova) with pool views, privacy (second floor), security (has safety nets and antics). Comporta 6 adults/children plus 2 children up to 12 years old and baby. There are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms and 1 reversible room, because it has sliding door, split and curtain with black-out), being 2 suites (reversible social bathroom in 2nd suite for having a door in the hall with a key). The Kitchen has a mirrored sliding door (which gives it amplitude and separates the room), refrigerator, cooktop, hood, microwave oven, pressure cooker, barbecue/stove grill, electric barbecue (great to be used on the balcony), couscous, household appliances (orange squeezer, sandwich maker, blender), utensils (potato, garlic and lemon squeezer), wine opener, crockery, glasses, beakers, snacks, pillows, pillows, ladder, bench, etc. The condominium has a modern OMO laundry. The condominium's restaurant serves in the apartments, on pool tables and on the beach support. Guests can bring their own food and drinks to these spaces. We provide extra mattresses for adults or children. We offer bed and bath linens (in the number of guests, extra towels and pool in the same number) , extra pillows, blankets/blankets. The change of bed/bath linens will be done weekly. Over a week, the exchange will be made in the middle of the stay. In case the guest wants an exchange of the extra linen, they can schedule in advance with the cost of the laundry upon request. For babies, there are cribs with mattress, chair for meals, pillow, blanket and bed sheets for crib and bathtub. These items must be ordered in advance. There is a protective net at the veranda (10 cm in diameter), anti-mischite screens on the louver windows and glass sliding window above the shade of the second room (avoiding noise that may come from the outside corridor). We provide iron; 20 litre bottle of mineral water, hair dryer and woltage transformer. The balcony has a large round table with 4 chairs (with 8 chairs - with the 4 kitchen chairs), a gelagua, laundry stand (standing), as well as a hammock and lounger. The Condomínio has a restaurant/bar, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, children's recreation service (in several days and times), free maid service and set-up of corners/chairs on the beach. The condominium has a convenience store, multi-sport and tennis courts, game room, playgrounds, gym/fitness, sauna, bathrooms (in the water park, at the reception of the administration, at the gym and in the sauna), maintenance service (if there is a problem with electricity, plumbing, etc.), housekeeping, as well as accommodation for drivers and domestic servants. The host is responsible for cleaning the arrival. Daily cleaning offered by the Condominium is basic. It consists of sweeping without moving away the furniture and without removing objects from the place, passing cloth on the floor, removing garbage and sand in the bath area, cleaning toilet and lining the beds. The chambermaids are not allowed to further clean or wash dishes, pots and utensils, which must be washed by guests. Guests can request cleaning by placing the paperwork (allowing entry) at the door and/or by calling to schedule in the administration (extension 95) at the time that is most convenient for you and according to the schedule followed by the Head of Housekeepers. In case of need of maintenance technician (electricity/plumber), guests can contact the administration (extension 95) or, during the night, with the Ordinance (extension 94) to activate the maintenance agent, in case of emergency. You can get in direct contact with the Host (anytime) to expedite any service you need. The services offered by the Condomínio are not charged/passed on to guests, and the host cannot be held responsible for any failure in its supply. In case guests want a maid service, they can hire directly (guest cost), by requesting a referral to the host, depending on the availability at the time. The condo restaurant/bar provides all meals with varied dishes and affordable prices. It serves in the apartments, pools and the support of cork oaks and beach chairs. The restaurant runs from Sundays to Thursdays, from7:30 am to 9:00pm, extending until 22:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. It is of the continental type (see photos) and has an excellent value for money. R$36,00, leaving for R$33.00, if the guest schedules until the day before. children up to 5 years old do not pay and from 5 to 12 years old pay half. In case there is a need to have breakfast early, the guest may request that it be delivered to the apartment the afternoon of the previous day. I'll always be happy to help with everything you need. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor and has access by stairs or elevator. There is a private parking space and several rotating spaces, which can be used for the second car. Luggage may be left in the apartment before check-in, unless there are other guests in the apartment. The guest will have to ask the host about this possibility. It is possible to relax the check-in times (from 2pm) and check-out times (until 11:00 am), if there is a guest request and availability of the apartment. Other things to note To make the reservation, payment is made directly to Airbnb, which only transfers the host's portion 24 hours after check-in. Airbnb blocks dates on the calendar after a reservation is made.
