The house in Las Brisas with pool- sleeps 8

Enjoy the breeze & the pool in this fabulous vacation home in the mountains of Anasco overlooking the jungle w/the ocean in the distance. 10 minutes to Anasco Center with beautiful park, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, grocery, & gas. 20 minutes to private parking at Anasco Playa. Fantastic Chef's kitchen, 2 porches with great sunset views. Pool w/ BBQ, outdoor dining , cabana, outdoor shower/bathrooms. Whole house generator. Convenient to Rincon & surfing, Mayaguez, Aguadilla, & Isabella. The space The house has a 4 very large bedrooms on the top floor (3 share a bathroom and the Master bedroom with porch has an en suite bathroom), On the main floor is the living room with large screen tv, washer and dryer, a very well-equipped kitchen , dining area with porch. The entire house is air-conditioned and has excellent WiFi and generator. The pool has a cabana and an outdoor dining table with BBQ and a large screen tv. A bathroom and outdoor shower are on their level as well. We have a private parking area and entrance to the Anasco Playa- a beautiful sandy beach with almost no surf and very private. Guest access The entire top 2 floors of the house is yours and the pool to use privately. There is an owner apartment below that is unoccupied- we don't rent when we are in residence. The house is for your private use. The Owners apartment has a different listing called "sunset view, pool with a breeze -3 bedrooms". We only rent the apartments separately- when you rent either unit you have the property/pool to yourselves privately. However, you could rent both units to accommodate 14 persons. Other things to note The house is secluded and private but just 10 minutes from the small town of Anasco. The power goes out often in Puerto Rico- so we do have a generator. The Anasco La Playa beach has calm water- great for swimming and children (we have private parking and private entrance ) . It is our favorite in Puerto Rico- we often don't see anyone when we are there (other than Saturdays and Sundays). The surf beaches of Rincon are very close by; our favorites are Steps, Dome, Pools, and Sandy Beach. Day trips to Bio Bay and Cabo Rojo, Isabella, Mayaguez, Aguada and Aguadilla are all very convenient. •••••••🏝Property Highlights⛱️****** ~Backup Commercial Grade Generator with automatic turn on. ~ Air-conditioning throughout the entire home ~All bedrooms have king-size beds ~A set of bathroom towels and a beach towel is provided for every guest ~Property is located is a lovely safe neighborhood with beautiful landscaping ~You may use the garage for one car. Otherwise Convenient parking for up to 4 vehicles ~ Superior Starlink WiFi ~Roku smart tv in Living room, pool house, and master bedroom ~Ceiling fans in all rooms and Pool Gazebo ~ Washing machine and Dryer ~An Outdoor Shower ~ Hammock in the gazebo ~We have an large flat top Gas BBQ Grill (Propane provided ) ~Beach Chairs, umbrella, beach table, coolers, beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, some snorkle gear, noodles and pool floats ~Keypad checkin for late night arrivals. Pet information- we allow your well-behaved dog to stay at the house. There is a fee. You need to complete the pet request at the time of inquiry with pet breed, weight and information. We are pet friendly but your dogs need to be documented with Airbnb at the time of the booking and not after the fact per Airbnb rules. If you arrive with an unexpected pet at the time of checkin Airbnb will add the fee to your stay.
