Private guest bedroom that shares a bathroom in the hallway . Guests lounge has a dining table and small tv . Fresh clean comforter cover sheets and towels provided . Our two female house cats that mostly stay in our part of the house this listing is not suitable for children or infants . . There are security cameras monitoring audio & video around the outside of the house . The space Located in a 1960’s brick ranch in a quiet neighborhood in downtown .,Room has a ceiling fan. Triple glazed windows help to keep outside noises to a minimum .Motion sensor lights light your way at night .Bed has hypo- Allergenic covers on pillow cases and mattress. Cotton or bamboo sheets There is a closet where you can hang your clothes and chest of drawers and nightstand for you to use as well as a desk in the room . Internet provided. Guest access Bathroom in the hall shared only with other guest if other two rooms are occupied . Fresh towels and linens are provided . Guests have a shared living room / dining room adjacent to the kitchen where there is microwave and refrigerator access along with cupboard space . During your stay I like to greet you upon arrival if I can so please let us know when you will be arriving so I can plan on it . We do work but self employed so never too busy to respond to a call or text at our earliest opportunity. We are happy to visit and make your acquaintance equally willing to make ourselves scarce . If you stay over a week we will provide fresh linens and clean your room . Other things to note We offer as many extra amenities as we can for no extra charge but if for some unknown reason they are unavailable we do not provide refunds . Please pet our cat at your own peril since she is an animal . You have been warned , we cannot be held responsible for any injuries. She is just a regular house cat mostly preferring to keep to herself . The guest area of the house is closed off to her as long as the white bi fold doors are kept closed . In order to keep our prices low we participate in Duke energy’s rush hour program .
