Conveniently located between the hamlets of Eldred and Barryville, this stream side escape offers the perfect retreat, while being less than 5 minutes from civilization. Alex Boller Studio is an active art studio for New York based artist, Alex Boller. The property features 10 acres of land comprised of a perimeter trail, gardens, and a mountain spring. Guest access Upon entering the property guests can park in the reserved area before crossing the bridge. After the bridge you will see a trail to the left leading to the Airstream. Guests have access to the airstream and surrounding space as well as a walking trail along the stream. Access to main building is not allowed and the studio will most likely be occupied.
