A cosy artist sanctuary in a recently renovated warehouse in one of London’s most artistic areas of Hackney Wick, the open space offers an eclectic, cosy and intimate space thoughtfully designed with creativity and a carefully curated atmosphere. Used as an art gallery and art studio for artist Mars Leon, the space is a safe haven and sanctuary. Mars is an artist, colour researcher, host and curator which is apparent through the interior aesthetic of the space. The space Newly renovated creative space with tall loft ceilings, large original feature windows and a studio mezzanine. The space has been designed to reflect the artistic expression of the owner Mars through use of vibrant colour and detail. The bedroom is upstairs through the artist studio and overlooking the downstairs area with an extra internal window. Guest access Access to all downstairs spaces including bathroom, kitchen/ living room and study space. The warehouse is on the ground floor and is easily accessible. *To access the bedroom, the guest will go through a flight of stairs through my art studio and to the bedroom through a small entrance.* The studio materials are very valuable and must stay intact.
