Of the three full bathrooms, one is on the ground floor and the others upstairs. The master bedroom overlooks a large terrace overlooking the sea. The single room overlooks a small terrace, even with a sea view. Of the two bathrooms upstairs, one has a bathtub with shower, the other has a shower. The living area, accessed from the main entrance of the house, is spacious and bright and includes two dining areas and a living room with fireplace. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning via heat pumps in all bedrooms and in the living room. The entrance door is reached through a raised terrace that can serve as an outdoor stay. An immense patio, paved with grès tiles, develops around the house and is particularly spacious on the right side where there is space for a gazebo with dining table with chairs and a barbecue. This area is accessed directly through the outside door of the kitchen. There is a reserved parking space under the junipers near the house and you can park for free in the street. On the left-hand side of the house, an external door gives access to the laundry room, equipped with a tub and washing machine.
