The exteriors (but not the interiors!) are under video surveillance. The space The house has six bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and five (four doubles, one single) on the upper floor. Of the three full bathrooms, one is on the ground floor and the others are upstairs. The master bedroom overlooks a large terrace with sea views. The single room overlooks a small terrace, also with a sea view. Of the two bathrooms on the upper floor, one has a bathtub with shower, the other has a shower. The living area, which is accessed from the main entrance of the house, is spacious and bright and includes two dining areas and a living room with a fireplace. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning via heat pumps in all bedrooms and in the living room. The entrance door is reached through a raised terrace that can serve as an outdoor living room. A huge patio, paved with stoneware tiles, develops around the house and is particularly large on the right side where there is space for a gazebo with a dining table with chairs and a barbecue. This area is accessed directly through the external door of the kitchen. There is a reserved parking space under the junipers near the house, and you can park for free on the street. On the left-hand side of the house, an external door gives access to the laundry room, equipped with a tub and washing machine. Guest access The entire villa is available to guests. Other things to note We are mandated to collect a City Hospitality Tax of Euro 2.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights, in cash. These funds are remitted to the City in their entirety.
