Located at the mouth of Weber canyon with access to a multitude of beautiful hikes and nature walks. The space Mother-in-law basement apartment of primary residence. Our family of four (us and our 2 kids) lives upstairs. This property sits on an acre of land, half of which is landscaped and fenced. The other half is left to nature. Guest access Guests have access to the basement apartment as well as the shared backyard space. Other things to note This property is our family's primary residence. We have 2 small children. Our family uses the upstairs but the downstairs is yours to use completely. We try to keep the stairs entrance locked to keep your privacy in the basement, but we are open to helping if you need anything at all! You also may see a black cat roaming the yard. His name is Sushi and he is friendly. Please just let him be. Thank you!
