The space Our cozy ranch house is located in the the small family friendly town of Papillion, a small suburb of the bustling city of Omaha, NE. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a playground, splash park and bike/walking trail that is within walking distance of Bellevue Berry Farm. The neighborhood is located close to many restaurants, shopping areas, and just 20 minutes from Offutt Airforce Base and downtown Omaha! Guest access You will have access to the entire 1600 sq. ft. basement with private entrance and shared outdoor space. Please note: The entrance to the basement is thru the backyard, down a moderately steep hill and is not very accessible for those with mobility issues. The basement features a private bedroom with queen sized bed and stand-up desk with two monitors, perfect for remote working. Near the guest room, you will find a large indoor play area equipped with playmats, toys and games that will keep the kids entertained for hours. Also in this area is a pullout sofa bed. We can accommodate up to 6 guests with an additional air mattress with headboard (upon request), but there is an additional fee for more than 4 guests. 4 guests are included in the standard nightly rate. On the other side of the basement, is a large movie room furnished with comfy couches and even a massage chair for the perfect movie nights! Outside you will find a large backyard oasis perfect for hanging out and grilling. The large patio features comfy furniture, fire pit, grill and outdoor tv. There is also a large sandbox and chalkboard equipped with toys and chalk for the kids to hang out and play. A small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave and utensils is also available for use. Other things to note While considering staying at our home, please know that we have three small children of our own. We are very family friendly and the kids love making new friends.
