The house is located in Santa Clara, 40 minutes by car from the town of La Fortuna, close enough to all the attractions but far away to rest after a busy day. It is surrounded by nature, in a private and safe environment. Great place to watch birds, squirrels, iguanas. One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful pool with jacuzzi and ranch where you can enjoy and share with your family and use the bar near the pool. We offer early check-in if possible, free parking and car insurance. The space The pool features a Jacuzzi, event ranch, and wet bar near the pool. Pets are not allowed inside the pool. In the pool area you can find beds to sunbathe and enjoy a tan. In the place you can see a large number of birds and animals such as: squirrels, iguanas and sometimes sloths. A wonderful place for nature lovers. Our rooms are equipped with an electric frying pan, rice cooker, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and kitchen utensils. It has fans, Television and Wifi. We offer sheets, towels and personal hygiene products such as soap for bathing. Guest access The pool, ranch and bar area is shared with the host Amalia and guests, it is necessary to shower before entering the pool and pets are not allowed in the pool. Our guest can tour the entire property observing birds and fauna on the property. Other things to note We accept pets because we know how important it is to you with an additional cost of $8 and we request that you do not bathe them in the pool.
