This property is located just minutes from downtown Appleton. It’s centrally located between Oshkosh and Green Bay. There are many unique resturant’s, plenty of parks and lots of special events. Located in a well kept established neighborhood, this property has a nice private back yard. Guests may use one side of the two car garage. The space This is a single level ranch style home built in the late 60’s with approximately 900 square feet of living space. The property is located in a nice, well established neighborhood. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire main level. The house has a crawl space which is non accessible to our guests. You may also use the garage. It will hold two vehicles, however hosts use half of the garage. There are also outside play games. The back room to the garage is used only for the hosts. Other things to note As mentioned this is a 900 sq foot home with one bathroom. We often get 5 guests but understand that living quarters can be tight. The main bedroom sleeps two, the second bedroom sleeps two and the office room has a fold-out loveseat. There is also a pack-n-play that can be set up in the main bedroom.
