A second parking space, also covered, is paid outside the rental according to availability, at the price of 65 reais for every 24 hours. Guest access Guests will be able to exclusively use Morada dos Colibris III, the parking space related to it, and share the pool, barbecue, mini court and children's area with the other condominium members. The entry of persons other than those listed in the reservation is prohibited. To this end, at the time of booking confirmation, the guest undertakes to send the nominal list of all guests in the reservation with a photo of the ID, and/or birth certificate in the case of minors.
