Our apartment is located in the heart of the village, 100 m from the dock and the small beach, ideal for children. It is very bright and offers a beautiful view of the Rance and our neighbor's garden below. This is our holiday "home". Saint Suliac is a small, very lively village (even in winter) among the "most beautiful villages in France". Bakery, restaurants, grocery store, bar are within a 2-minute walk, the nautical center and hiking trails too. The space The apartment has an area of 80 m2 and is composed of 2 levels. The first with a large living room, dining room and integrated kitchen with views of the Rance, a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet. The second with an attic bedroom (double bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The access staircase is spiral and a little steep. A dormitory can be accessible for children upon request (photos bedroom 3). The price is an additional €50 per night. We live there very regularly. There you will find some things and provisions. If you need to borrow some of them, don't hesitate!... but be sure to replace them. Books and board games are available on site. And we can provide buckets and shovels! The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the privateer city of Saint-Malo, its thalassotherapy and its large beaches, 5 minutes from a shopping area, 5 minutes from a very large swimming pool with slides (Aquamalo). Cancale and its oysters are 20 minutes away! Several hiking trails start from the village. You can go to Mont Garrot (where vines are grown), to the Viking camp site or to the Pointe de Grainfollet. The nautical center offers kayaking trips or introductions to sailing, windsurfing...
