Early check-in requests are subject to availability. There is a fee of PHP 200 per hour for early check-in. Any early check-in fees will be added to the total booking cost. Failure to arrange an early check-in in advance may result in additional charges or delays. Late Arrival Policy: Guests are expected to check in by 2:00 p.m. In the event of a delay, the hotel must be notified to prevent cancellation of the reservation. If no contact is made within the hours preceding the scheduled arrival time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and accommodate other guests. Please be aware that payments made prior to a no-show are non-refundable unless a valid emergency reason is provided with proof. Guests intending to check out after 12:00 p.m. must obtain approval before noon on the departure day. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a fee of PHP 200 per hour, subject to room availability. Room extensions also depend on availability.
